COMPANY - MANAGEMENT TEAM

Aron Levy, President & CEO

Mr. Levy serves as the President & CEO of NOVA Integration Solutions. Mr. Levy also acts as the President of Technology Dynamics, Inc. (TDI), Nova Electric (Nova), Mid Eastern Industries (M-E), and Electronics Integration Techology, Inc. (EIT) to create the "All Power Company" (www.theallpower.com). These companies have a strong focus on providing Power Conversion Solutions for the most demanding applications and customers. Mr. Levy founded TDI in 1976 as a privatly owved company and has grown the company to $9 million a year in sales and employing approximately 100 professionals.

In 1990, Mr. Levy acquired both Nova Electric and Mid Eastern Industries. Each company had very specific niches and technical leadership positions in the power conversion field for many years prior to the acquisition. In addition to Nova and M-E, EIT was acquired and
NOVA Integration Solutions was founded to round out TDI's total high reliability product offering.

John Marceca, VP Marketing & Sales

Mr. Marceca brings a twenty-eight year record of marketing, operations, quality assurance and engineering successes in the high-reliability industrial computer and VME electronic packaging industries to his position. He has held positions of increasing responsibility from sales through president, and has been instrumental in both corporate startup and turnaround efforts. Most recently, Mr. Marceca was president of DataMetrics Corporation, a manufacturer of MIL-SPEC, Industrial, and Commercial grade VME and CompactPCI systems, ATR Chassis, Rugged Printers, Embedded Computers, and Displays. Mr. Marceca holds undergraduate degrees in Business from St. John's University and Electronic Technology from New York Institute of Technology.

Don Burchette, VP Engineering

Mr. Burchette’s background includes engineering, manufacturing operations and sales management positions in the computer industry during the last thirty six years. After his BSEE studies at Philips University and UCLA, he held positions in field engineering, electronics design engineering, sales management, VP of Operations and VP of Engineering with companies such as Burroughs Corporation, Data General, Hughes Aircraft, Hamilton Avnet, APLabs, SBS Technologies and the DataMetrics Corporation.

Mr. Burchette served in the U.S. Army Security Agency during the Vietnam era as well as the California State Military Reserves. He is a life member of AFCEA, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the American Legion and the National Army Security Agency Association (NASAA). He is also a member of the IEEE, Navy League and the National Guard Association of California (NGAC).

Dean C. Markley, Senior Program and Operations Manager

Mr. Markley’s background in the high-reliability industrial and military/defense industries is heavy on technical program management, but is also inclusive of marketing communications and sales management expertise. Most recently he held the position of Program Manager at DataMetrics Corporation managing multiple programs of varying scope for products such as ATR chassis, MOTS chassis, and Ruggedized Printers, Displays, and Embedded Computers for companies such as Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Markley, an integral part of the corporate turnaround effort at DataMetrics, joins NOVA Integration Solutions as the Senior Program Manager with allied responsibilities of sales, marketing/marketing communications, and customer service. Mr. Markley holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
